1979–1991

Led radar technology trials, authored specifications and conducted qualification programs for military equipment.

1991–1999

COO

Led international sourcing, Kaizen and supply chain modernization. Introduced lead production methods.

1999–2011

Launched his career as an independent negotiation trainer and consultant serving clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the USA. Trainer for Management Circle. Specialized in procurement transformation and negotiation training.

2011

Founded Better Solutions CoachingConsulting GmbH (BSCC) in Switzerland. Began large-scale training and consulting projects in negotiation strategy, purchasing leadership, and supply chain optimization.

2012–2013

Led procurement for MAG Göppingen with a 10-person team. Achieved cost reductions of 4.8% through structured negotiation and team alignment.

2021–2022

Appointed interim procurement director at FireDOS GmbH. Developed sourcing strategies, launched a supplier portal, and capped price hikes at 1.4% despite metal inflation.

2022–Present

Founder of Negotiation Intelligence. Delivered the Better Decision Making Journey and Agreement Journey frameworks. Actively coaches project leaders and C-suites in high-stakes negotiations with a holistic, mindful approach.
